What is Nakitte?
Nakitte is financial operations software for businesses, built around invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow planning, employee expense management, payment approvals and financial reporting. It is designed to help founders and finance teams keep daily workflows connected to their financial records.
Is Nakitte a bank, and can it send payments?
Nakitte is financial operations software. It does not open bank accounts, hold deposits, issue payment cards or initiate bank transfers. Payment approvals organize internal requests; recorded payments are financial records, not confirmation that a bank transfer has settled. Live bank connections and invoice payment checkout are not currently offered.
Can I start using Nakitte today?
We’re working with early-access and design-partner teams. Request a demo to explore the workflows, discuss what fits your business, and agree on an onboarding scope. There is no self-service account opening on this website.
Does Nakitte replace my accountant or local tax software?
Nakitte helps organize financial operations and records. Local statutory reporting, tax filing, and regulated e-invoicing requirements need their own assessment. We’ll discuss those needs with your team before agreeing on scope.
How does Nakitte handle accounts receivable and accounts payable?
Accounts receivable is money customers owe your business; accounts payable is money your business owes suppliers. Nakitte links customer invoices and supplier bills to due dates, recorded payments and outstanding amounts so your team can review both sides of the cash flow.
How does bank statement reconciliation work?
Import bank statements in CSV, MT940 or CAMT format, then review matches against invoice and payment records. Nakitte supports partial and split allocations and reversible matches. Statement imports and recorded balances do not imply a live bank connection or a verified bank transfer.
Does Nakitte support recurring billing and multiple currencies?
Nakitte supports recurring invoice schedules, invoice reminders and billing amounts in USD, EUR, TRY and GBP. Account balances retain their original currency. Revenue and cost recognition use one functional currency per deployment; multi-currency billing does not mean unrestricted multi-currency accounting.
Who is Nakitte designed for?
Nakitte is designed for founders and finance teams that need connected invoicing, cash planning, expense review and financial reporting. Its core workflows grew from deal-to-cash operations for cloud and SaaS resellers, with quotes, orders, recurring billing and revenue and cost schedules. Early-access onboarding is agreed around your business needs.
How does pricing work?
We discuss pricing with you based on the workflows, users, and onboarding support you need. Contact the team for a scoped proposal; there is no automatic signup or billing on this website.
