This is the English-language international edition. For users in Türkiye, the binding terms are the Turkish Hizmet ve Kullanım Koşulları (also available there in English), and the Turkish distance-sale and pre-information agreements control purchases.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nakitte.com and related applications (the “Service”), operated by CELİK GROUP TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Nakitte”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

The Service is provided by CELİK GROUP TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, registered at ÇALCA OSB MAH. 1 CAD. NO: 1 İÇ KAPI NO: 45, MERKEZ / KÜTAHYA, Türkiye (MERSİS 0205123079900001). Contact: info@nakitte.com.

2. The Service

Nakitte is an AI-powered financial news and money-flow visualization platform. It provides news briefings, reports, data visualizations, and an AI chat assistant. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier and may change over time.

3. Not Investment Advice

Nakitte does not provide investment advice. All content, including AI-generated analysis, news summaries, data, and any references to financial instruments, is provided for general information and educational purposes only and is not a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment strategy. It is information, not investment advice, within the meaning of Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) Communiqué V-128.4 §7/5. We do not offer individualized advice or portfolio management. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal; past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. AI-Generated Content

Some content is generated by automated systems and large language models. It may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information, and is clearly identified as AI-generated where applicable. Do not rely on it as a sole basis for any decision.

5. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions, Payment & Renewals

Paid tiers are billed through our payment provider. For purchases made from Türkiye, the Turkish-language Distance Sale Agreement and Pre-Information Form at /agreements/distance_sale and /agreements/pre_information apply and control in case of conflict. Prices and tier features are shown on the Pricing page.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Our digital services are made available immediately upon purchase. Refund eligibility and any statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or in violation of these Terms or any applicable regulation;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute content except as expressly permitted;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; or
  • upload malware or infringe the rights of others.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and original editorial content, is owned by Nakitte or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Third-party news and data remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nakitte and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory Turkish consumer-protection law (Law No. 6502) for consumers in Türkiye.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Users in Türkiye: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 6502 are unaffected, and consumer disputes may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts.

Users in the United States: TODO (counsel): specify the governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism for US users (e.g. choice of law, venue, and whether a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver are used and enforceable). Do not publish this section until confirmed.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to any notice required by law.
